The Company redeveloped a former paper mill factory into a 62-unit luxury riverfront condominium community located on an island within the resort town of New Hope, Pennsylvania. The project was widely acclaimed and was featured in a four-page article in the prestigious Architectural Record magazine. The resulting complex of buildings, nestled on a narrow spit of land between the Delaware River and Canal, features 62 unique and individually designed residences and, at the time, set records for price per square foot in Pennsylvania. Access to the project is by dedicated bridges constructed over a historic barge canal that is part of a 60-mile long state park. The project also involved the construction of a private water treatment facility built on the island.
